Gov. Umali hails Oriental Mindoro for passing validation phase of CSC’s human resource flagship program
The province of Oriental Mindoro has successfully passed the validation phase for Maturity Level 2 of Civil Service Commission’s human resource management program.
Governor Alfonso Umali hailed the province for the latest achievement under the CSC’s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
The governor were personally present during thr awarding ceremony held at Luxent Hotel in Quezon City.
“Congratulations to the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro through the Provincial Human Resource Management Office for passing the validation phase for Maturity Level 2 of the PRIME HRM, a flagship program of the Civil Service Commission,” the governor said.
“The Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) integrates and enhances the Personnel Management Assessment and Assistance Program (PMAAP) and the CSC Agency Accreditation Program (CSCAAP),” added the governor.
“It is a mechanism that empowers government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence,” he also said.
Meanwhile, Calapan City, capital of Oriental Mindoro, also got cited by the CSC for implementing the HRM PRIME.
“Civil Service Commission cites the City Government of Calapan for implementing the HRM PRIME or Human Resource Management Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Government Service,” Mayor Arnan Panaligan said.
Mayor Panaligan personally received the recognition accompanied.
