Daig ang video greeting! Marinduque Rep. Lord Velasco gets bday song from the President

Marinduque Rep. Lord Velasco got more than he wanted for his 41st birthday.

Velasco had a pre-birthday celebration in his hometown recently, and big time guests showed up.

In a Facebook post, Velasco said he would have been content with a video greeting from President Duterte, to whom he had gotten close after supporting him in the 2016 campaign.

But the President showed up at his party, with his daughter Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte and his former assistant Bong Go in tow.

Velasco could not have been more grateful for his friends and supporters, especially the chief executive who he knows has a tight schedule.

But Duterte did more than just show up, he also sang for the birthday boy.

For Velasco, it’s the most awesome birthday gift ever!
