Long live! Another centenarian gets P50K from Albay provincial gov’t

The Albay Provincial Government has awarded P50,000 to a centenarian from San Isidro, Malilipot.
The Albay Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office led by Ms. Eva Grageda, handed the cash to Mrs. Eustaquia B. Baraquiel who just celebrated her 100th birthday recently.
“We are happy to inform you that another Centenarian has been awarded with a Certificate of Felicitation and P50,000 cash from the Provincial Government of Albay, headed by Gov. Al Francis Bichara…,” the PSWDO said.
“The Older Persons Welfare Program Focal Person Ms. Chie Lozano Cadag together with MSWD Officer Ms. Shierlina Gonzaga personally visited Lola Eustaquia’s residence to hand in the cash and certificate,” the office added.
“Long live Lola Eustaquia! May you inspire others to live a long and happy life.”
Meanwhile, the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office also provided educational assistance to PWD students last Oct. 3.
“Another Pay-out of Educational Assistance to PWD Students was conducted in the municipalities of Malilipot, Bacacay and Sto. Domingo last October 3, 2018 and has served 237 beneficiaries,” the office said.
“This was made possible with the support of the Provincial Government of Albay, spearheaded by Gov. Al Francis Bichara,” it added.
