Oriental Mindoro Rep. Doy Leachon won’t let rain stop him from launching an important project for his province.

Leachon braved a downpour to lead the inauguration of the P5 million road concreting project at Barangay Camansihan, Calapan City.

A Facebook post by his wife Ronalee showed the lawmaker under an umbrella as he cut the ribbon for the project, while other local officials looked on.

Rain or shine, the project will begin!

“Rain or shine. Cong Doy Leachon now leads again the inauguration of the #MBS 5-million road concreting project at Brgy Camansihan, Calapan City. With him are BM CA Jojo Perez, Edilberto Ilano Jr., Mikan Leachon, Bong Brucal & Brgy Capt Genie Fortu and Camansihan brgy officials. #MindoroBagoSarili,” Ronalee posted.
