Albay Rep. Joey Salceda joins the hugot posts about the ban on single drivers on EDSA

POLITIKO - The bible of Philippine Politics.
Many single drivers felt it in their hearts when the Metro Manila Development Authority banned driver-only cars on EDSA.
Single people joked that they were being discriminated against, and the policy spawned all sorts of hugot posts.
It’s bad enough that they’re alone; now they would be ticketed if they use the metropolis’ main thoroughfare, they said.
Albay Rep. Joey Salceda chimed in, but he had a different take on the matter. In a Facebook post, he said the kabits, or kept men or women, must also be banned on EDSA.
No to colorum, and justice for singles was his cry.
“Dapat bawal din ang kabit sa EDSA. Hustisya para sa single. #colorum,” Salceda posted on Facebook.
