The Virac Breakwater is going to be your new place to hang out at night.

The area is no longer scary after Catanduanes Rep. Cesar Sarmiento helped bring light to the area.

Sarmiento coordinated with the Philippine Ports Authority to install more solar rights in the area.

With the place already lighted up, http://bicol.politics.com.ph/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=videosit can now be a popular promenade area for Catanduanes residents even after sundown.

Sarmiento said he also recommended to the PPA to make the solar panels detachable so that these could be removed during bad weather to prevent them from being damaged.

At last we see the light!

– Cong. CS,” Sarmiento posted on Facebook.
