Naga Mayor John Bongat falls for Niagara

Friends of Naga Mayor John Bongat made sure that he didn’t get to miss the wonderful tourist sights during his working trip to Canada.

Bongat shared that when he joined the Vaughan City Filipino Fiesta Extravaganza to which he was invited, his classmates in Canada took him on a side trip to the US-Canada border.

There, they were able to visit the famous Niagara Falls, the new 8th wonder of the world.

He shared photos and videos of his visit to the falls, and seemed impressed with the sights.

Even a working trip can be fun!

“LATE POST: While at the Vaughan City (Canada) Filipino Fiesta Extravaganza, where I was invited as Mayor of Naga last June 23rd, my Toronto-based NPS and Ateneo de Naga High School classmates Paterno Macandog and Engr Edgar Guevarra were kind enough to bring me to nearby Canadian-US Border for a peak at the New 8th Wonder of the World – the humongous #NiagaraFalls. Marhay na aga po saindo gabos!,” the mayor posted.
