Six centenarians get P100K each from Naga City Mayor Bongat
Six centenarians in Naga City received P100,000 each from the city government of Naga City which was personally handed by Mayor John Bongat.
The cash incentives they received were on top of the P100,000 granted to them by the national government through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
The six centenarians also got “yummy cake” from the city government, according to Mayor Bongat.
“6 NAGA CITY CENTENARIANS HONORED with P100,000 cash award and a treat of 1 yummy cake each from the City Govt of Naga, on top of the P100,000 also given to each of them by the DSWD,” Mayor Bongat said.
The recipients were Lola Leonila T. Labrador (Brgy Sabang, 100 y.o.), Sister Lola Ma. Trinidad Ras Ragos (Brgy Triangulo, 101 y.o.), Lola Paciencia P. Plata (Brgy Triangulo, 101 y.o.); Lola Paz S. Ferrer (Brgy Bagumbayan Sur, 100 y.o.), Lola Ceferina M. De Jesus (Brgy Dayangdang, 103 y.o.) and Lolo Francisco C. Del Castillo (Brgy Panicuason, 107 y.o.).
“You all deserve 100 hugs and kisses from your beloved Maogmang Lugar!,” said the Mayor.
“Thank you lolo and lolas for your long years of service to family, community and humanity! God bless you all!,” he added.
