Calapan Mayor Panaligan, VM Ramirez meet with newly elected barangay captains

The top two leaders of Calapan City have recently held a luncheon meeting with the newly elected barangay chairmen in the city.
Mayor Arnan Panaligan and Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez welcomed 46 barangay chairmen out of 62 barangays in Calapan City.
“City Mayor Arnan C. Panaligan and Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez at the luncheon meeting of the newly elected and re-elected barangay chairmen of Calapan City,” Panaligan’s office said.
The majority of the chairman expressed support to the programs and developmental projects of the Panaligan administration.
“The barangay chairpersons who were present in the meeting numbering 46 which is a majority of the 62 barangay captains expressed their support to the development agenda of Mayor Panaligan and Vice Mayor Ramirez,” the office said.
Meanwhile, Panaligan also graced the Mandatory Training and Orientation for the newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan officers of Calapan City.
Panaligan administered the ceremonial oath taking of the newly elected SK officials.
“The activity was a joint effort of the City Government, Department of the Interior and Local Government and Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology,” the city government said.
