Rain or shine! Albay Gov. Bichara visits Farmers Bounty Village for inspection
Be it in a scorching heat of the sun or under the heavy rains, you can always count on Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara.
The governor recently embarked on a visit in Farmers Bounty Village in Cabangan, Camalig for inspection, notwithstanding the heavy rain.
“Despite the heavy rain, Governor Al Francis Bichara visited the on-going construction/renovation of the Albay Farmers Bounty Village in Cabangan, Camalig, Albay … to check its progress,” the provincial government said.
Bichara, during his visit, still gave instructions to make sure that everything is on track for its opening.
“The Governor gave instructions regarding the landscape of the village and other outlooks for the enhancement of the area,” the province said.
The construction and renovation of Farmers Bounty Village is one of Bichara’s priority projects.
It is targeted to be ready in time for Bicol Agricultural Expo on May 22.
“As a top priority project of the Provincial Government of Albay, Bichara made sure that the Albay Farmers Bounty Village is right on track, and will be ready for the Bicol Agricultural Expo that will be held on May 22 at the said Farmers Village,” said the province.
