Completion of City College of Calapan’s new building ‘major accomplishment’ of Mayor Panaligan this year

It’s just the second quarter of the year but Calapan City has already an accomplishment to boast.

Mayor Arnan Panaligan shared that the completion of the new building of the City College of Calapan is one of the major accomplishments of his administration this year.

“One of the major accomplishments of the City Government in 2018 – the completion of the new 3-storey City College building,” Panaligan’s office said.

The new building was initiated by Panaligan with “the full support of the Sangguniang Panlungsod headed by Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez.”

The said building was inuagurated last month during the 20th celebration of the founding anniversary of thr Calapan City.

“The new City College building was inaugurated and dedicated to the youth of City of Calapan as an investment in their education in line with the mission of the current leaders of the City to provide quality education to the youth as means of raising their standard of living to ensure a better living for them,” the building’s marker read.

The new school building was funded “entirely” by the Sangguniang Panglungsod headed by Vice Mayor Ramirez.

The new building was naugurated last March 21.
