Efforts paid off! VG Revil hails successful federalism consultation in Masbate

POLITIKO - The bible of Philippine Politics.
The efforts and hardwork of Masbate Vice Governor Kaye Revil and her office have finally paid off after the successful federalism consultation held in the province.
Vice Governor Revil, also the president of Lady Local Legislator’s League in the Philippines (4L), said that she was “overwhelmed” with the support of various local governments in the province to the said forum held last March 1 to 3.
“Overwhelmed with the great support of our municipal & barangay leaders who participated in the Federalism Consultation that the Lady Local Legislators’ League of the Philippines under your VG’s administration organized,” said the Vice Governor.
Revil also extended her gratitude to the DILG Regional Office headed by PD Ray Caceres.
“Our expert speakers- Asec. Jonathan Malaya & Sec. Gary Olivar were really very informative. Glad that the people learned a lot & really stayed to listen & join the discussion. Thanks to Ma’am Merien & Sir Long for bringing the program well as always,” she said.
“To the Municipal Mayors present, SB & agency representatives, madamo po gayud na salamat. Sa tanan na mga kapitanes kag kagawad, salamat san iyo presensya kag suporta,” Revil added.
The Vice Governor also thanked her VG Kaye Revil Kusog Team for their efforts to make the event a successful one.
“Really happy with the turn-out. Attendance went beyond our expectations. For any misgivings & logistical lapses, pasensya la po gayud. We are learning too along the way as we organize, but rest assured that we are always endeavoring & doing with our very best,” Revil said.
Revil took up last month a short course on federalism at the Winter School on Federalism and Governance in Austria and Italy through a scholarship from Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung.
