Mayor Panaligan inspects construction of school building in City College of Calapan

Calapan City Mayor Arnan C. Panaligan has led the inspection of the ongoing construction of a new school building in City College of Calapan yesterday.
Mayor Panaligan was joined by Engr. Jojo Reyes, Architect Elmer Villas and Bernie Apacible of B5 Construction during his inspection of the three-storey building.
According to the mayor’s office, the construction is being funded by the city government of Calapan.
“Sunday morning inspection of the construction of the new City College of Calapan 3 storey building by City Mayor Arnan C. Panaligan with Engr. Jojo Reyes, Architect Elmer Villas and Bernie Apacible of B5 Construction,” the city mayor’s office said.
“The construction of the new City College building is funded by the City Government of Calapan,” it added.
The said building contains 10 classrooms and an auditorium/multi-purpose hall on the top floor.
Meanwhile, Mayor Panaligan also met with the City College of Calapan Board of Trustees recently to discuss, among others, the revision of the curriculum in the school.
The city said that the revised curriculum is mandated by the Commission on Higher Education.”
Other matters discussed were the adoption of the trimestral system, academic load of professors and instructors for the January to May semester.
