Albay province mulls creation provincial dairy plant project this year
The Provincial Veterinary Services through the Albay Dairy Cattle Farmers Association (ADCFA) has discussed its projects this year including the establishment of a dairy plant.
The first megular meeting was held at the Albay Parks and Wildlife Lagoon, yesterday, January 12.

“A ratification and finalization of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association were made, and the Plans and Programs for 2018 were discussed,” the province said.
According to the provincial government, one of the plans discussed was the creation of the Albay Dairy Plant Project this year.
“One of the Plans of the Provincial Government of Albay through the Provincial Veterinary Services together with the ADCFA was to start an Albay Dairy Plant Project at Cabangan, Camalig, Albay on May 2018 to strengthen the Dairy Industry in Albay and promote healthy living lifestyle to the Albayanos,” the province said.
The province said that the ADCFA aims to help farmers to earn more while inculcating social responsibility among them.
“The Objectives of the ADCFA is to establish a relationship among individuals, to make farmers profitable and efficient, to inculcate the value of social responsibility to members, give farmers the place they deserve in the society, and for easy access to government support and services,” the province said.
