PBA legend Patrimonio, international chef Sandique pay courtesy visit to Naga Mayor Bongat
Basketball legend Alvin Patrimonio and international culinary expert Jill Sandique have recently paid courtesy visit to Naga City Mayor John Bongat.
Patrimonio and Sandique visited Naga to promote health and wellness as well as to visit a newly installed health club.
The two were also joined by Naga College Foundation President, Engr. Mario Villanueva during the courtesy call.
“Alvin Patrimonio, the third-highest scoring PBA legend and International Culinary Expert Jill Sandique, along with Naga College Foundation President, Engr. Mario Villanueva, paid a courtesy visit to Mayor John Bongat this morning to support the promotion of health and wellness; including visiting NCF Tigers athletes and the newly-installed Tigers Health Hub,” the city said.
Patrimonio played for Purefoods for his entire professional basketball career and won five championships with the team. He has four PBA MVP awards under his belt.
Sandique, meanwhile, is an internationally renowned pastry chef and the owner of Delize by Jill Sandique located in Cubao, Quezon City.
Meanwhile, in a separate development, the Naga City’s young soccer team is already gearing up for the upcoming Palarong Bicol 2018.
The team is already practicing in Pacol Sports Stadium “with high hopes” to win the tournament.
“LET’S KICK SOME GOALS! The football field of Pacol Sports Stadium is teeming with high hopes and team spirit! These young soccer players, who will be representing Naga City, are training hard for the coming Palarong Bicol 2018. Good luck to our athletes! Go go go!,”” Naga City said.
