Camarines Norte Board Jay Pimentel found more than fish in the sea. He found peace.

Pimentel was perhaps in a meditative mood when he shared a photo on Facebook of a banca. on the water, under slightly overcast skies.

“Where i find peace ,” he captioned the photo.

Maybe it’s the gentle rocking of the boat or the soft sound of the wind, but whatever it is, something about his banca ride calmed him down.
