Albay Board Member and Liga President Joseph Philip Lee and his wife Gina found the best way to go to the mall during this season, when the roads are sure to be congested and parking is a headache.

The politiko has no qualms about taking public transportation, and decided to ride a tricycle to head to Legazpi’s commercial area.

It was the quickest way to get to his destination, he noted.

On Facebook, he shared a photo of him and his pretty wife enjoying their sweet ride.
