Smile pa more! Odiongan Mayor Trina Fabic offers free operations to fix cleft lip cases

More smiles are coming your way in Odiongan, Romblon.

This is because Mayor Trina Firmalo Fabic is offering free operations for those who have a cleft lips and cleft palates.

The conditions could result in speech and feeding problems, but can usually be fixed with an operation.

Fabic is giving those who have these conditions the chance to have a fresh start and a better smile through the free operations.
