Palawan Capitol employees get P25K incentive from provincial gov’t

Employees of the Provincial Government of Palawan have received P25,000 incentives from the Capitol under the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA).

“Labis ang kasiyahan ng mga kawani ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa matatanggap na Dalawangpu’t Limang Libong Piso bilang insentibo para sa taong 2017, the province said.

The said incentive is pursuant to the Resolution N0. 13479 Series 2017 of the provincial board, which authorized Governor Al Francis Bichara to release funds for the bonus.

“Ang resolusyon ay sinuportahan ng pag-apruba ng Provincial Ordinance No. 1909 na naglalaan ng halagang P 32,750,000.00 na siyang gagamitin para sa nasabing bayarin,” the province said.

“Nakasaad sa resolusyon na ayon sa Administrative order No 135 S. 2005 pinahihintulatan ang pagbibigay ng Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bilang insentibo sa mg kawani ng Pamahalaan. Nakasaad din sa pinagtibay na resolusyon ng kongreso sa pamamagitan ng Joint Resolution No. 4, S. 2009, ang pagbibigay ng CNA bilang pabuya upang higit na maging produktibo ang mga kawani ng pamahalaan,” the province added.

The CNA was also pursuant to the Budget Circular No. 2017-3 issued by teh Department of Budget and Management lasy November 16, 2017.

The funds to be used for the CNA depend on the “savings” of the agencies of the government or the local government units. With the incentive, public employees are encouraged to work better but in an economical way.

Meanwhile, employees of the Capitol expressed their gratitude to Governor Alvarez and Vice-Governor Victorino Dennis Socrates for the incentive in time for this holiday season.

“Pinagkalooban din ng financial Assistance na tig-sampung Libong Piso (10,000) ang bawat Contractual at Job Orders employees ng kapitolyo sa pagtatapos ng taong 2017,” the province said.
