CamSur Gov. Villafuerte vows: Education will be prioritized in the next years to come
Camarines Sur Governor Miguel Villafuerte vowed that the education sector will be the priority of his administration in the next years to come.
The young governor said that as of now, there are more than 20,000 students in camarines Sur who have benefited from scholarships and educational assistance from the provincial government.
“To date, the Provincial Capitol has already extended scholarships and educational assistance to over 20,000 students in the province,” Villafuerte said.
However, the efforts to “strengthen” the educational programs do not stop there as Villafuerte vowed to zero in on the education sector in the coming years.
“In the years to come, we vow to keep education as a priority of this administration and we will continue to strengthen educational programs that will benefit the youth of Camarines Sur,” he said.
The governor has earlier vowed to visit all the barangays in his province by the end of his term to deliver services his constituents.
“Hindi po matatapos ang ating termino na hindi po natin nalilibot ang lahat na 1,036 na barangay ng Camarines Sur,” he vowed.
“Kaya naman patuloy po ang ating paglibot sa buong probinsya upang personal na makapagdala ng serbisyo sa ating mga kababayan,” Villafuerte added.
