“Ang pagtitipon ay inaasahang dadaluhan ng mahigit sa 500 mga kababaihan at kalalakihan partikular ang mga Barangay Gender and Development Monitors at mga kinatawan ng Indigenous Peoples sa lalawigan,” the provincial government said.

The summit aims to give opportunity for the participants to share their ideas to come up with solutions on to reduce poverty rate in the province.

The Palawan provincial government hopes that this summit will lead to achieve a “poverty-free” status by 2030.
