Pinoy hospitality! Mayor Bongat lets foreign delegates experience Naga River Cruise
Naga City Mayor John Bongat has showed foreign delegates of an international forum what Filipino hospitality is all about.
Mayor Bongat, fresh from a business trip in Manila, brought around 30 foreign delegates in Naga River Cruise.
“Upon arrival in Naga from an official business trip in Manila, I welcomed the more than 30 foreign delegates participating in the Cities Development Initiative for Asia (CDIA) – initiated three-day Good Practice Laboratory for Effective Urban Infrastructure Programming (EUIP), led by Kristina Azela Diza of the PPP Center of the Philippines,” said Mayor Bongat.
The delegates came from Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Europe and the Philippines.
He said that the delegates, mostly from the local government sector, were attending the training event hosted by Naga Citu.
He said that CDIA celebrates its 10th year of presence in the Philippines and Asia “as a dynamic development partner.”
