Powerful! Jolina prompts Gov Migz to suspend classes, island hopping

As Typhoon Jolina hits Southern Luzon, Camarines Sur Governor Miguel Villafuerte ordered a no sailing and island hopping policy in all cities and municipalities of the province.
Camarines Sur is under tropical storm signal 1.
The governor advised all residents to keep away from all bodies of water.
He also immediately recommended the suspension of classes in all levels, public and private in Camarines, Sur.
In Northern Luzon, the Pagasa weather bureau has already placed the provinces of Isabela, Northern Aurora, Quirino, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ilocos Sur, Ifugao, Benguet, Abra and Nueva Vizcaya under signal no.2.
Apart from Camarines Sur, the provinces of Cagayan including Babuyan Group of Islands, Apayao, La Union, other parts of Aurora, Ilocos Norte, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, northern Quezon, Catanduanes and Camarines Norte are also under signal no.1.
