Legazpi City, Albay Councilor Lilian Ramirez sounded pretty excited for the opening of the annual Ibalong Festival. This sexy celebrity is the reason why.

Ahead of the opening parade, lady politiko received a personal video greeting from Ibalong parade guest Zeus Collins, which she happily shared on her Facebook.

Collins is a former Pinoy Big Brother 737 housemate who has a rather steamy dance cover for the Bruno Mars hit, Versace on the Floor.
