P100K-reward dangled in Sorsogon Board Member Ravanilla’s murder
Sorsogon Governor Robert Lee Rodrigueza has offered a P100,000 reward to anybody who can give information that would lead to the arrest of 1st district Board Member Peter Ravanilla’s killers.
“Magbibigay ang Provincial Government ng pabuya sa halagang P100, 000.00 sa sino mang makakapag-bigay ng kaukulang impormasyon para sa agarang pagkakadakip sa mga may kagagawan ng krimeng ito,” Rodrigueza wrote on a Facebook post, even adding the hashtag #JusticeForBokalPeter.
Ravanilla, 64, is a longtime ally of the governor.
According to a report, an unidentified man wearing a yellow t-shirt and black cap walked up to Ravanilla Tuesday morning (April 11) outside his home and shot him three times.
The gunman then sped off toward Diversion road on board a motorcycle along with his companion, who wore a white shirt.
Rodrigueza said he has already ordered local police to solve the crime as soon as possible.
“Agad po tayong nagbigay ng direktiba sa pamunuan ng SORSOGON PNP, sa pangunguna ni PSSUPT Ronald R. Cabral, para sa mabilis na paglutas sa kasong ito.”
