AKO-Bicol solon Christopher Co saw a desperate Albay

A place of despair.

That was AKO-Bicol Party-list Rep. Christopher Co’s grim description of Albay days after typhoon “Nina” (international name Nock Ten) plowed through the region.

“It was a place of despair after hundreds of families lost their homes, but it is no enough reason to leave the victims behind and let them withstand the situation all by themselves,” wrote Co on this Facebook post.

“We had to do something and do our part, leading relief efforts significantly ease their suffering,” he added.

According to the same post, the politiko was among the first to respond to the storm as he even brought heavy equipment for debris clearing.
