Legazpi City in Albay stands shoulder to shoulder with most business-friendly local governments units (LGUs) in the country.

Thus, boasted Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal on his Facebook Tuesday, October 4. That day, Rosal was at the Commerce and Industry Plaza in McKinley Hill, Taguig City for the “final interview” for the 2016 Most Business-Friendly Local Government Unit Award.

“[I] personally explained to the board of judges from the phil chamber of commerce and indusries(PCCI) the legazpi city presentation for the 2016 most business friendly local govt units natl awards,” the politiko said on one post.

Let’s hope for the best.”

Rosal underscored the invaluable exposure that the contest gave to Legazpi, one of the booming LGUs in Bicol.

Legazpi, which has a population of just under 200,000, is the capital of Albay province.
