Cesar Sarmiento deploys ‘troops’ to coastal clean up
Catanduanes is an island province, meaning it is sustained by the bounty of its coast.
As such, taking care of its coastline is a joint effort. In that regard, count Congressman Cesar Sarmiento’s men to be there.
“The Congressional District Office staff of Cong. Cesar Vergara Sarmiento join residents and officials of barangay Ibong Sapa led by its Punong Barangay Roderick “Lic” Vargas, as well as San Vicente Elementary School teachers headed by Sch. Principal Felicitas Mendez, in the coastal clean-up along the San Vicente-Ibong Sapa shore in Virac,” read this post on Facebook.
Indeed, taking care of the environment is a team effort.
