Malakihan! Camarines Sur drug suspect yields P900,000 in drugs, cash

A “big time” drug suspect fell in the hands of Bicol police Friday morning (September 9) yielding close to a million worth of illegal drugs and shabu.

PNP Region 5 spokesperson Senior Insp. Maria Luisa Calubaquib identified the suspect as Nimfa Sinfuego, a resident of Barangay San Fransisco, Baao, Camarines Sur.

A PNA report bared that a composite team of cops from the towns of Nabua and Baao swooped down at Sinfuego’s own house. She did not resist the lawmen, who carried a search warrant.

Seized from Sinfuego were P600,000 worth of shabu, as well as P300,000 in cash.

“Her arrest resulted from the intensified surveillance operations of the police of Nabua and Baao,” Calubaquib was quoted as saying.

Sinfuego has apparently been on the police’s illegal drug watchlist for quite some time.
