Gabriel Bordado Jr. rushes back home to help constituents

POLITIKO - The bible of Philippine Politics.
The primary task of a congressman is to craft laws. But then he also has a duty to tend to his constituents’ needs.
Camarines Sur 2nd district Rep. Gabriel Bordado Jr.’s Facebook post perfectly illustrates this.
“From the halls of Congress, I was back in my district extending some assistance to the victims of the fire which struck San Vicente, Pili; settling the problems of the nipa shingle (tiklad) traders of Calabanga, Magarao, and Bombon; and meeting up with some barangay captains,” Bordado wrote.
Like what the politiko said–all in a day’s work.
