Nakakasuka na! Lagman calls for halt to political BS as country grapples with Davao blast
Former Albay 1st district Rep. Grex Lagman has officially had enough of distasteful political talk, especially in the light of the recent “Black Friday” bombing in Davao City.
Sawang-sawa na ako sa mga mabababaw na pag-iisip at diskurso from both sides of the political fence,” Lagman said in a Facebook rant Saturday (September 3).
Fourteen people lost their lives in the bombing, which based on indications was a terrorist attack by the Sulu-based Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
Lagman took exception in particular to people expressing “joy” over the incident for their own twisted reasons.
As a parting plea, Lagman urged Filipinos to offer help instead of taking part in the political bickering.
I hope this lawlessness does not escalate.
