Tabang sa negosyo: 24 Negosyo Centers up and running in Bicol
Some 24 Negosyo Centers are now helping small yet intrepid entrepreneurs in the Bicol region.
Thus, bared Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)-Bicol Regional Director Jocelyn L.B. Blanco in a Bicol Standard report on Saturday (August 27).
Blanco said that 12 of these Negosyo Centers were put up during the first six months of 2016.
As of today, Camarines Sur has the most number of Negosyo Centers, with seven. Meanwhile, there are four such centers in Camarines Norte, Sorsogon and Albay.
There are three Negosyo Centers in Masbate while there are two more in Catanduanes.
“The presence of the Negosyo Center in each municipality and province aims to provide better and more efficient services to MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises),” Blanco said.
“The same also provides referrals and facilitates linkage of MSMEs with other national government agencies to avail of the latter’s related programs and services,” she added.
The DTI said nearly 5,000 Bicolano entrepreneurs have been assisted by the Negosyo Centers.
