Johanna David y San Jose, of Brgy. Sta Cruz, Naga City, was arrested at dawn today, concluding a buy-bust operation jointly conducted by law enforcement operatives.

David was caught in flagrante delicto after personally handing an undetermined volume of shabu to a police poseur-buyer in Puregold compound, Triangulo, this city.

Also found in her possession were a medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu, buy-bust money worth P500, and cash in various denominations worth P4,338.00.

Surveillance efforts were initiated by authorities after receiving reports that David is among individuals actively peddling the illicit substance in the city.
