Faster Internet coming to Catanduanes, thanks to Boboy Cua’s move
Catanduanes Governor Joseph Cua’s ballsy letter to business magnate Manuel V. Pangilinan paid off.
On this Facebook post, we learn that Guv Joseph told MVP about the sorry state of Internet connection in the island-province. “All of us experience the maddening and frustrating effects of slow internet signal,” the post read.
Long story short, the letter led to talks between PLDT-SMART and the provincial government, resulting to a promise to double the local internet speed.
Now that’s called standing up for your constituents.
