Alfred Garbin waxes poetic under Legazpi sky

There’s something about Legazpi City in Albay that brings out the poet in AKO-Bicol party-list Rep. Alfred Garbin.

This time, it’s the province’s beautiful blue sky that got the politiko’s creative juices flowing.

“As I look on my window this fine Sunday morning, God reminds me: ‘The Heaven’s declare the glory of God, the skies proclaim the work of his Hands,'” Garbin wrote on his Facebook.

It’s a pretty sight indeed.
