Who says President Rodrigo Duterte wants all drug offenders to end up six feet under the ground?

AKO-Bicol party-list Rodel Batocabe highlighted a quote from Duterte’s first State of the Nation Address (SONA) wherein the latter vowed to prioritize the rehabilitation of drug abusers.

For that, the House politiko sounds relieved.

“We are thankful the President has publicly expressed support for the Accessible Drug Rehabilitation Treatment Act!” Batocabe tweeted.
