Kaye Revil calls Duterte wrong

Masbate Vice Governor Kaye Revil just did a no-no in addressing President Rodrigo Duterte in his Instagram post.

Kaye referred to Duterte as “H.E.” or His Excellency, something that the chief executive had specifically advised against since it goes against his simple and down-to-earth nature.

But then again, this is a very glowing post about Duterte’s first State of the Nation Address (SONA), so “Digong” probably won’t blow a fuse.

Regarding the President's #Du30SONA2016, watched it via laptop inside the Masbate Capitol Building today (because session day, but no quorum was reached). Anyway, all I can say now is– you have the trust & confidence of the Filipino people H.E. Mr. President, let us maximize the chance to motivate our countrymen to working together, within the bounds of law & justice & aim for the changes you want for our dear country.
