Did former Albay congressman Grex Lagman admit to being a “Noranian?”

One can draw such a conclusion after seeing Lagman’s Facebook photo uploads with the one and only “Superstar”.

The famed movie star is from Bicol too, having been born in Baryo San Francisco, Iriga, Camarines Sur. In that sense, we definitely understand Grex’s affinity.
