Grex laments loss of presumption of innocence
Former Albay 1st district Rep. Grex Lagman rued the “death” of the presumption of innocence in this recent Facebook upload.
Lagman, a lawyer, posted this photo of an alleged “Chinese drug lord” who appeared to have been summarily executed. Incidentally, this scene has become more commonplace the past few weeks.
In his succeeding sentences, Lagman lamented how the presumption of innocence has practically vanished in the light of these extra-judicial killings.
