Whoever knew that Camarines Sur Governor Migz Villafuerte had a body builder bro?

Well at least he used to.

“Back when I was a meathead. I should bulk up again,” wrote Migz’s brother Julio on this Instagram clip, which showed him pumping metal at the gym. Apparently, he doesn’t do it much anymore.

Julio is the ex-boyfriend of actress Bianca King.
