Masbate Vice Governor Kaye Revil met a huge celebrity when she attended the recent #SmartMusicLive concert at the Smart Araneta Colisuem. No, it wasn’t Ely Buendia.

Instead, it’s former foreign affairs secretary Albert del Rosario, who is enjoying rock star status right now thanks to the victory of the Philippines in its arbitration case against China in the West Philippine Sea disputes.
