Marinduqe solon and now House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco hailed the members of the lower House for immediate approval of the P4.5 trillion general appropriations bill.

Albay Vice Governor Edcel Grex Lagman said that the election of Marinduqe Rep. Lord Allan Velasco as Speaker should be done at the House of Representatives.
