435 new COVID-19 cases registered in Bicol

The Department of Health has reported additional 435 COVID-19 cases in Bicol, to push the total case load in the region to 29,792.

Active case as of September 13 are now at 6,973 or 23.41% of the total confirmed cases.

The distribution of the newly reported cases is as follows:

The Department also logged 173 new recoveries to push the total to 21,812.

Meanwhile, death toll is currently at 1,007, after seven new fatalities were reported.

“The fight against COVID-19 rests primarily in each individual action. Everyone should take the necessary precautions to protect themselves and others from contracting the virus,” the DOH reminded.
