Albay Gov. Bichara convenes village chiefs for development projects
Albay Governor Al Francis C. Bichara conducted a series of consultation meetings to the barangay captains of several municipalities to further discuss the support of the provincial government on delivering assistance to their respective projects.
Bichara met witn the barangay captains from the Municipality of Daraga, Sto. Domingo, Manito and the City of Ligao.
“Since the onset of the pandemic, the good Governor distributed medical equipment to help all the barangays within the province on the risk of developing the COVID-19 virus on their area,” the Capitol said.
“The equipment will help alleviate possible complications due to the said virus,” it added.
Meanwhile, in electricity and power shortage concerns, Bichara discussed possible solutions as he talked to Department of Energy Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi.
Bichara assured that the PGA will continuously seek for possible action to this concern for the benefit of all Albayanos.
“After the meeting, each barangay captain received face shields, face masks pulse oximeters, nebulizers, digital BP apparatus, digital thermometers, weighing scale and aneroid sphygmomanometer with stethoscope which will be utilized on their respective barangays,” the Capitol said.
