There is no match for playing an actual game in person.

Palawan Board Member Ryan Maminta looked back on an basketball game a year ago, and said he hoped sports like these would be allowed soon.

In a Facebook post, Maminta appealed to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, the Philippine Sports Commission, the Department of Health, and the Games and Amusement Board to allow local sports bubbles in low-risk areas.

He said local governments could be given the authority to impose measures to prevent the transmission of COVID 19.

People should be allowed to go out and play!
