Who’s gonna take care of the trash in Sipocot, asks former Camarines Sur Rep. Rolando Andaya

Something smells bad in Sipocot, and former Camarines Sur Rep. Rolando Andaya is wondering who is going to do something about this.

In a Facebook post, Andaya shared photos of trash piling up in the town and remaining uncollected.

He said these have spilled over to the roads and even to the municipal hall.

He wondered what happened to the garbage collectors.

He also noted that the office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is near the municipal hall.

He could not help but ask if any of the officials there have smelled the stench from the trash.

What’s going to happen now?

Sipocot shouldn’t become a garbage dump!

#AlagangAndaya,” Andaya posted.
