Brooke’s Point Mayor Maryjean Feliciano hopes her constituents won’t bring home COVID 19 from other towns and cities.

And to make sure they won’t get infected outside, Feliciano advised them to avoid Puerto Princesa for two weeks.

In a Facebook post, she said they should not visit Puerto Princesa for now because of the rise in local transmission of COVID 19 there.

So far, 11 of its barangays have confirmed cases, she said.

She hopes Brooke’s Point residents will heed her request as as it is meant to protect the town, she said.

We’re sure they don’t want Brooke’s Point to be the next area with an increase in COVID 19 cases!
