Sagot niya kayo! Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal says P200M local fund to be used for COVID 19 vaccine
Legazpi City will dig into its own pocket to purchase COVID 19 vaccines for its people, according to Mayor Noel Rosal.
In a Facebook post, Rosal said the P200 million that the city set aside for the vaccine purchase would be from local funds.
He said he is just waiting for clearance from the Department of Budget and Management to be able to realign amounts from the development fund, calamity, fund, supply and infrastructure fund.
The city would use whatever funds the national government would allow, he said.
Legazpi will take care of its own!
