Rainbow of hope! Catanduanes Gov. Boboy Cua optimistic about recovery as children come out to play
Super typhoon Ulysses may have brought Catanduanes to its knees, but not all hope is lost.
In a Faceboook post, Cua shared a photo of a rainbow that was seen from the Capitol playground.
He said the playground has come alive in recent days as children slowly returned to the place.
He said the appearance of a rainbow over the province seemed to be a message that despite the calamities, the province has something to look forward to.
Catanduanes can rise again!
#TabangCatanduanes,” Cua posted.
