Day or night, follow the rules, says Odiongan Mayor Trina Fabic

The rules don’t change just because the sun went down.

Odiongan Mayor Trina Fabic said on Facebook that there are now night checkpoints in Tulay and Poctoy manned by local authorities.

They would check if the drivers have licenses and would make sure they are not drunk.

They would check as well if the motorcycles have modified mufflers, as noisy bikes are not allowed.

The mayor also reminded her constituents that minors are not permitted to drive and people should be back at home by 10 pm, unless they are authorized to be outside their residence.

With everyone’s cooperation, Odiongan would be safe and peaceful at night, she added.

Law enforcement doesn’t stop at night!

“Pabatid:
